Not knowing whether you have what it takes and realizing you do.
1. Believe in yourself.
2. Be prepared for the unexpected.
3. People are everything.
I grew up in Tegucigalpa, Honduras until I was 18. After graduating high school I moved to LA to pursue a double-degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship. I was able to finance my education at Loyola Marymount University entirely on my own through a mix of merit awards and jobs that included an office manager, waiter, program manager, and recycling technician (part of the campus trash clean-up crew). For the past year and a half, I have been working on NabThat, a startup focused on changing the experience of buying or leasing a new car.
I enjoy family, soccer (football), and craft beer.
