Jessica is a highly skilled event professional with expertise in developing and implementing programs and logistics for leading events.  She has a proven track record for planning, marketing, managing, and efficiently executing successful large-scale events. Jessica is a dynamic, focused and decisive leader, with an ability to build and manage creative, highly energized focused teams.
Jessica's love for planning events started in childhood and led her to creating event experiences for everyone from corporate honchos to the Hollywood elite. She is motivated by wokring with people focused on human experience.

Jessica runs Adaptive Path’s events line of business, producing their annual conferences, workshops, and in-house events. She has a love of the nitty gritty logistical work involved in creating successful events. The attendee experience is the number one priority for her team.  Jessica's role is curretly evolving since Adaptive Path has been aquired by Capital One.  With this aquistion Jessica's team has doubled in size as they plan to tak on many Capital One internal events as well as continue to promote the Adaptive Path brand events.

Jessica's experience spans the worlds of entertainment, hospitality, and the museum industry. She came to Adaptive Path fresh from The Walt Disney Family Museum, where she built a strong special event and facility rental department for the new museum. Before that she was Director of Events for DreamWorks Animation in Los Angeles, where she ran premiers, screenings, cast and crew parties, executive dinners, and charity events. 

When not creating great attendee experiences at Adaptive Path, Jessica can’t help but bring her event-planning mojo to her everyday life. Her social calendar is always planned three months out and her friends know to enlist her help for weddings, parties, and trips. Her annual Oscar costume party is not to be missed if you can get an invite.
