Most frustrating is trying to find funding when you need it, and then explaining to people who want to invest in your company when you don't need the funding why you are not interested at that time, without creating an enemy.
Not being fully committed and passionate about what they are doing.
1. Believe in what you are doing. If you truly believe in your idea, others will notice and the feeling of confidence is contagious.
2. Be passionate about your idea and your company; this is after all your idea.
3. Give 110% of yourself to your project. It will require all of your time and devotion at the start, but it will be worth it in the long run.
