I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

My favorite startups:

anymeeting, mergelocal, pulse, fad.io, viddy, cramster

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Most frustrating: sometimes the market is not ready for your product.
Most rewarding: making a significant impact in people's lives and changing the world for the better. Creating jobs and employee/shareholder success.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Diffusion of focus by trying to attack too many opportunities at once.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Focus is key
2. Analytics is a competitive advantage
3. The best teams win (so finding the right complementary fit is key)
