I want to change the world.
Being small and unknown makes it hard to get in the door, but the freedom to do what is right and to move quickly more that makes up for it.
While great ideas are important, execution is everything.
Keep your focus, but be prepared to change and adjust.
Everyone thinks you are doing things wrong. Listen carefully but follow your own gut.
If you treat people fairly they will stay with you even through the inevitable troughs.
