Nwachinemere is a goal-driven, innovation and technology enthusiast with a passion to transform Africa into the hub that feeds the world by creating, packaging and deploying value across Africa's business value chains. He is the Founder of Kitovu Technology Company, First place winner of the 2017 Ideas for Action Competition which involved 743 sector diverse teams from 118 countries around the world.
Nwachinemere is a multi-award winning serial entrepreneur who has founded and co-founded companies like Livingstone Mega Industries, Food Bank Buycrowdy, and Standard Cassava Processors. He is a fellow of both the Social Innovation Program of Leap Africa and Fate Foundation and is a recipient of Total Startupper Awards for Innovation and Nigerian Innovation Awards in 2016.
A 2015 Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program Alumni, he was recently named part of the UK Royal Academy of Engineering Innovation Awards 2018 shortlist. Nwachinemere is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. He has also received specialized training on business and Entrepreneurship from Enterprise Development Center, Pan African University, Lagos and has over 5 years of experience in the Nigerian Business ecosystem. He has a dream that one day, extreme poverty and hunger would be eradicated from Africa and the world, and places a high premium on leveraging technology, innovation, and business best practices to solve the plethora of problems that bedevil the world. He is a writer and public speaker with interests in governance and advocacy.
