What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Constantly making it up as we go along.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) It's not enough to understand that entrepreneurship is a roller coaster - you have to love the ride, the ups and downs, twists and turns.

2) Invest in building a great team from the bottom up. If you need to wait to find a great co-founder or first employee, then wait. It's better to find a great match than to compromise.

3) Fail fast and often in order to quickly learn and succeed.
