Responsibilities: Sr. Account Management, Product Operations, Product Manager, Business Analytics, Finance Dept., tackle and resolve occasional client dispute/escalation, prepare various weekly finance reports to upper management, manage and operate Guaranteed Lead service, construct IDX websites, train and consult, work directly with key clients and partners/vendors (sales, management, analytics, quality control), some ad sales, ect.
