Full bio
Dimple Malkani experienced the evolution of marketing and media over the last decade through her experiences at Fortune 100 private-sector companies in telecommunications, hi-tech, and media & entertainment balanced by her work with digital media start-ups. Dimple's strengths lie in building partnerships and managing relationships to spread key messages and bring in revenue.

She currently advises Founders and CEOs of Silicon Valley-based start-ups with media-oriented business models on marketing, sales, and business development through her company, The D Circle.

Dimple’s business successes including developing multi-platform campaigns at NBC Universal roots from her background in television, print, music and digital media. As part of the CNBC International Ad Sales and Marketing team, she designed high-profile programs and unveiled initiatives in Europe and Asia for Citigroup Private Bank, The New York Mercantile Exchange, IBM, Computer Associates, NASDAQ, and Emerson, to name a few. She also created platforms for her clients at the World Economic Forum in Davos, The Dubai and Farnburough Air Shows, CNBC Global Business Leader Awards (China, India, London and New York) and Communicasia. Prior to that, her product, project and people management talent turned around teams for the better and aided in building new services at SBC Communications (acquired by AT&T), helped launch a technology start-up in a crowded marketplace during the Silicon Valley boom, and aligned partners for the Foreign Commercial Services Department of the US Department of State in Hong Kong.

Raised by Indian entrepreneurial parents in Northern California, Dimple has spent significant time throughout New York, Europe and Asia through her travels and study abroad programs in Singapore and Spain. Her network spreads far and wide and is highly-valued. She takes pleasure in being a conduit in linking parties to achieve their goals.
