What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most frustrating thing about my business is delivering leaflets in the rain however the benefits are that i can work the hours i want to & take time off to go to a school play or for my kids birthday.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

The number 1 mistake leaflet distribution businesses make is not gaining the knowledge required to quote jobs properly & then performing the job at a loss.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Never try to compete on price with people who do not know how to quote properly.
2. You cannot rely on part time staff & only full time professionals will do.
3. Never let the busy times make you forget the need to manage your online prescence.
