The most frustrating thing is NOT being known yet - we have a great product but, no one knows we exist yet!

Making gross assumptions based on little fact.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. ALWAYS listen to your customer - give them what they want to the best of your ability.
2. NEVER assume anything - unless you have good reason and evidence to support it.
3. Hard work WILL pay off - real work - NOT just talking about it.
