I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

My favorite startups:

Kickstarter, Dropbox, Affinity Live, Evernote, Square, Task Rabbit, YouMail, Pinterest

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Rewarding: You have the freedom to develop new ideas, work with incredible people, and get a front row seat to see people changing the world.

Frustrating: Compared to a standard job, there are higher highs, lower lows, and no day is the same as the last. That is exciting, but is also a crazy cycle that most entrepreneurs become accustomed to.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Spending a lot of time and money developing specific features without first thinking about revenue streams.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Great technology and tools don't need to be expensive

Network, network, network.

Stay focused on the big picture and don't get frustrated by daily setbacks.
