We work with over 500 private equity and investment funds as well as private and strategic investors that finance consumer products, energy oil & gas, real estate and technology opportunities. BLC can be involved in every phase of the financial structuring and business development efforts:

· Financial Models, Financial Projections, Business Valuations - to preserve ownership for client
· Presentations, Pitch Decks, Term Sheets, Private Placement Memorandums, Marketing Plans
· Supporting Capital Fund Raises that match the needs of the company (Equity and Debt)
· Proposing alternatives to Equity such as Convertible Notes or Lines of Credit
· Structuring Bridge financings when necessary
· Preparing company for post financing market promotions
· Providing follow on financing or substitute financing when necessary
· Originating new acquisitions for expansion and additional customers
· Negotiating investment structure between investors and client company
· Supporting every step of investor’s Due Diligence on client company
