Cindy Feit

I hold a masters in elementary education (and AZ certification) from Arizona State University. Classroom experience includes internships in grades 2 and 4 and a semester of student teaching (grade 3), Prior to pursuing a degree to education, I worked with high school students, tutoring the Verbal sections of the SATs. Teaching is challenging and creative; I love working with children, finding ways to help them learn, and helping them to love learning. I also have several years of experience in the non-profit sector, primarily in development and philanthropy. I have worked as a customer liaison and an event coordinator, as I have excellent people skills and enjoy being creative. I am excited to be learning about how children are being educated in this country, for better or worse, in order to understand the areas that need to change and what kinds of additional supports would be helpful.
