Christian is a licensed clinical social worker. He spent five years in Naval Special Forces and enjoys Jiu jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing. His approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness and holistic practices in order to reach all areas of your life to ensure you are well equipped to truly see and understand who you are and what you need. 

Views specifically on loneliness: Loneliness is often a very subjective experience of feeling alone.  This feeling creates many challenges for our mental health as well as our physical health.  It is tragic to see that loneliness is rapidly becoming a public health crisis.  One reason I see for this is that we are not properly taught how to create healthy and meaningful relationships.  As a licensed therapist, with a passion for working with couples, I have found it my calling to lead couples to discover how to rebuild their relationship from the ground up.  This in turn serves as a blueprint for each partner to be competent in forging lasting and meaningful relationships throughout their lives in all areas.
