I was born in Tucson, Arizona and attended the University of Arizona. For the past decade I have been involved with some of the largest Arizona based restaurants as both an opener and an operator. I recently began assisting in the opening of a new 'green' concept restaurant in North Scottsdale, Calistro California Bistro. A high end neighborhood restaurant that is both organic and sustainable, Calistro offers modern American plates with a Mediterranean and Japanese flair. Along with Chef owner Devin Walsh, we plan on paving the way for more and more restaurants to join in on the green fight.
