A growth in productivity implies doing more with less, possibly due to new technology or change in work process. 2. The overall quality of work, where we choose to concern ourselves; the social dynamics, ethics, long term effects & outcome of our decisions on all stakeholders. Which should a team prioritise, could the second be more important in the years to come ?
