I'm a digital IT operations manager with many years experience managing websites that have undergone exponential traffic growth. My expertise is in running an efficient and stable day to day operations and support team whilst also delivering projects and guiding the business with strategic insight. I have a wide experience of IT management having managed infrastructure engineers, developers, database administrators, system architects, project managers and change managers. I specialise In: • Building high value technology teams • Implementing organisational change • Managing and enabling efficient change procedures • IT Process and Governance • Working with CXO board members to align IT with Business Strategy I am certified ITIL Expert (version 3) and also Prince2 practitioner. Outside work I follow MotoGP, occasionally ride motorbikes, and get outdoors as much as possible.
