Alyssa Morrison is a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience working with children, adults, and families. Her primary clinical focuses have been varied and include grief and loss, trauma, life stage changes, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting frustrations. She practices from psychodynamic; dialectical behavioral influenced therapy (DBT) with a particular focus on mindfulness; cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT); and solution-focused frameworks. Through BetterHelp, Alyssa provides telemental health services including both individual therapy and weekly groups focused on positive relationship building and grief and loss.
