Co-founder of Jungla. We are driving a paradigm shift in protein variant interpretation to help healthcare and drug companies diagnose disease and optimize drug development by leveraging a next-generation molecular function software platform.
Over Summer 2016, I am finishing a PhD in biophysics studying the morphogenetics of bacterial shape in the KC Huang lab at Stanford University. How do proteins a thousandth the size of the cell determine and maintain cell shape? To study this question, I use computational and experimental techniques, ranging from molecular dynamic simulations, whole-cell simulations, and bacterial genetics and imaging.
