Frustrating - “Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.” – Steven Wright.
Rewarding - staying true to your ideals and goals over the course of years, building a team and product you're deeply proud of. Working with the smartest, most motivated, most down-to-earth people in the world. Being the change you want to see.
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?
Not asking enough hard questions. Not talking to customers soon enough.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Question everything.
2. Building a company is one marathon made up of a million sprints.
3. Your team is everything, take care of them. Listen to them too.
