Relationals, the upstart provider of CRM software founded in 2003, has been finding customers in a market that isn't exactly known for growth -- newspapers and other large media firms.

More than 60% of large newspapers are using the company's software, CEO Pankaj Malviya tells Vator.tv's Bambi Francisco in this interview.

Malviya says that he likes having large customers like Gannett and Hearst because despite all the hand-wringing about the shrinking newspaper business, "they'll still be around in 10 years."

Last fall, the company launched LongJump, an online site that provides the small-to-medium-sized business market with access to Web-based applications.

Relationals has more than 30 employees and is growing revenue at a rate of more than 150% annually, according to Malviya.
