Cyolo has raised $4.2M; Amphista Therapeutics secured $7.5M; Neat landed $11M

Cyolo: Cyolo is a unified connectivity platform. Cyolo has raised $4.2 million in seed funding led by Flint Capital, with participation from Global Founders Capital and Differential Ventures. Read more  

Spot & Tango: Spot & Tango direct-to-consumer pet health and wellness brand that's starting with "human-grade" meals for dogs. Spot & Tango has raised $4.2 million in seed funding led by Guild Capital. Read more

Amphista Therapeutics: Amphista Therapeutics is an oncology biotech startup. Amphista Therapeutics has raised $7.5 million in Series A funding. Advent Life Sciences led the round, joined by Scottish Investment Bank, the European Investment Fund, and BioMotiv. Read more 

Neat: Neat is a fintech startup focused around helping small businesses do cross-border banking. Neat has raised $11 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Pacific Century Group, with participation from Visa, MassMutual Ventures Southeast Asia, and earlier backers Dymon Asia Ventures, Linear Capital and Sagamore Investments. AlertMedia: AlertMedia makes emergency communication software. AlertMedia has raised $15 million in Series C funding from insiders, including JMI Equity, Next Coast Ventures, and Silverton Partners. Read more

Okera: Okera is a secure data access startup. Okera has raised $15 million in funding led by ClearSky Security, with participation from earlier backers Bessemer Venture Partners and Felicis Ventures. Read more

GPB Scientific: GPB Scientific is a therapeutic cell production and bioprocessing startup. GPB Scientific raised $25.5 million led by Vensana Capital, with participation from Amgen Ventures. Read more

xbAV: xbAV sells corporate pension and life insurance digitization software as a service. xbAV has raised €25 million in Series C funding. HPE Growth led the round, joined by earlier investors Cinco Capital and Armada Investment. Read more
