PayMongo raised $2.7M; Demecan landed $7.7M; Celigo closed $20M; CityLift picks up $22.5M

PayMongo: PayMongo is a fintech startup that helps regional businesses accept online payments from multiple channels. PayMongo has raised $2.7 million from Founders Fund, Peter Thiel, and Stripe. Other participants in the round include Y Combinator, Global Founders Capital, Soma Capital, and Tinder Co-founder Justin Mateen. Read more

Demecan: Demecan is producing medical cannabis. Demecan has raised $7.7 million in Series A funding from btov Partners, a private investor network, and a single, unnamed German family office. Read more  

Celigo: Celigo can be used to create customized integrations. Celigo has raised $20 million in Series B funding led by NewSpring Capital, which was joined by Blossom Street Ventures and earlier investor TVC Capital. Read more

CityLift: CityLift is trying to change parking by designing and installing automated parking lifts inside commercial garages across the U.S. CityLift has raised $22.5 million in Series C funding from Dundon Capital Partners. Read more

AI Medical Service: AI Medical Service is developing software to help detect gastric cancer. AI Medical Service has raised $42.9 million in Series B funding from Globis Capital Partners, World Innovation Lab, and Sony Innovation Fund. The company has now raised $57 million altogether. Read more
