Allganize landed $3.4M; Vault Platform closed $4.2M; Pana raised $10M: DivvyCloud secured $20M

Allganize: Allganize provides the best-in-class Natural Language Understanding API and conversational AI for enterprises. Allganize has raised $3.4 million in Series A funding led by SparkLabs Ventures. Read more   

Vault Platform: Vault Platform is the next generation of misconduct reporting for employees. Vault Platform has raised $4.2 million in seed funding. Kindred Capital led the round; other participants include Angular Ventures, System.One, Jane VC, and former Mosaic Ventures partner Mike Chalfen. Read more

Golden: Golden is on a mission to map and generate human knowledge in order to accelerate discovery and education. Golden has raised $5 million in seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. Read more  

Pana: Pana is an on-demand travel concierge that organizes plans and sends personalized trip alerts. Pana has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Read more  

Alentis Therapeutics: Alentis Therapeutics discovers and develops novel medications to treat advanced liver diseases. Alentis Therapeutics has raised $12.2 million in funding co-led by BioMedPartners and BB Pureos Bioventures, with participation from BPI France, Schroder Adveq and High-Tech Gründerfonds. Congenica: Congenica is the provider of the diagnostic decision support platform. Congenica has raised £13.25 million led by Parkwalk Advisors, with participation from DCHealth. Read more  

Perkbox: Perkbox’s platform helps employers provide employees with numerous benefits and rewards. Perkbox has raised £13.5 million in new funding led by earlier backer Draper Esprit. Read more  

Biolux Research: Biolux Research makes products for use in orthodontics and other dentistry markets. Biolux Research has raised $14 million in Series A funding led by Venrock, with participation from Correlation Ventures. Read more  

Forefront Telecare: Forefront TeleCare delivers behavioral health services to small, rural healthcare facilities through its HIPAA-compliant TeleCare service. Forefront TeleCare has raised $15 million in funding. Spring Lake Equity Partners and the Ziegler Link-Age Fundco-led the round, with participation from Tech Council Ventures and Boston Millennia Partners. Read more   

DivvyCloud: DivvyCloud automates policy enforcement across multi-cloud infrastructure using Bots to identify and remediate common cloud problems. DivvyCloud has raised $20 million led by Providence Strategic Growth, with participation from earlier backers Mission OG and RTP Ventures. Read more  

Masabi: Masabi is the global leader in transport mobile ticketing and payments. Masabi has raised $20 million in funding co-led by Smedvig Capital and MMC Ventures. Read more   

Ablacon: Ablacon is a Wheat Ridge, Colorado-based provider of AI-guided atrial fibrillation therapies. Ablacon has raised $21.5 million in Series A funding led by Ajax Health. Read more  

Spot.IM: Spot.IM is a  commenting platform for online publishers. Spot.IM has raised $25 million in Series D funding led by earlier investor Insight Partners. Other backers in the round include Norma Investments, AltaIR Capital, Cerca, and WGI Group. Read more  

Built Technologies: Built is an enterprise technology company that provides secure, cloud-based construction lending software. Built has raised $31 million in Series B funding. Goldman Sachs led the round; other participants include Regions Bank, Canapi Ventures, Nine Four Ventures, and earlier investors Index Ventures and Nyca Partners. Read more  

Red Canary: Red Canary is a cybersecurity technology company delivering cloud-based security services. Red Canary has raised $34 million in funding led by Summit Partners, with participation from Access Venture Partners and Noro-Moseley Partners. Read more
