Vinebox raised $5.9M; HyperScience raised $30M; Limelight Health raised $33.5M

SimplyCook: SimplyCook offers home recipe kits with easy step-by-step guides to cook restaurant quality food in less than 20 minutes. SimplyCook  has raised £4.5 million in Series A funding led by Octopus Investments. Read more  

Vinebox: Vinebox is a premium wine-by-the-glass subscription service. Vinebox  has raised $5.9 million in funding led by Harbinger Ventures. Read more  

Alto: Alto is ride-hailing, elevated. Alto uses a dedicated fleet, employee drivers, and elegant apps to provide safe, consistent, quality rides. Alto has raised $14.5 million over two funding rounds from Road Ventures and Frog Ventures. Read more

HyperScience: HyperScience creates AI-centered enterprise solutions for automating work. HyperScience  has raised $30 million in Series B funding led by Stripes Group. Other participants in the round include Battery Ventures, Global Founders Fund, TD Ameritrade,QBE and earlier backers FirstMark Capital and Felicis Ventures. Read more  

HighLife: HighLife is an early-stage medtech company focused on the development of a unique trans-catheter mitral valve replacement system. HighLife  has raised €32 million in Series B funding co-led by USVP and Andera Partners, with participation from Sofinnova Partners and Sectoral Asset Management. Read more

Limelight Health: Limelight Health delivers the most efficient and compelling quoting, underwriting, and proposal solution for the employee benefits industry.  Limelight Health has raised $33.5 million in Series C funding. Principal Life the round; other participants included AXA Venture Partners, MassMutual Ventures, Aflac Ventures,Transamerica Ventures, Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, LaunchPad Digital Health and Wanxiang America Healthcare Investments. Flash: Flash is the european group in premium logistics at your service. Flash   has raised €55 million in Series A funding led by Target Global, with participation from Idinvest Partners and Signals VC. Read more  

Bukalapak: Bukalapak is an e-commerce company that sells a diverse range of products. Bukalapak  has raised $50 million in Series D funding at around a $1 billion valuation from the Mirae Asset-Naver Asia Growth Fund. Read more  

Zipwhip: Zipwhip's software helps people & businesses have more effective conversations by text-enabling existing phone numbers. Zipwhipn has raised $51.5 million in Series D funding led by Goldman Sachs. Other participants in the round include OpenView, M12 and Voyager Capital, and it brings the total raised by the startup to $92.5 million. Read more  

Momo: Momo is a free location-based services instant messaging application that enables smartphone users to chat with people nearby. Momo has raised an undisclosed amount of funding that the company characterizes as the biggest for a fintech or e-commerce startup in Vietnam. Warburg Pincus led the round. Read more

Netrounds: Netrounds is a subscription-based, cloud-delivered tool for troubleshooting and testing IP networks. Netrounds  has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding, including from Swisscom Ventures. Read more
