ReFirm Labs raised $2M; Verisart landed $2.5M; Diligent Robotics closed $3M

ReFirm Labs: ReFirm Labs is a maker of IoT and firmware security software. ReFirm Labs has raised $2 million in funding co-led by DataTribe and New Dominion Angels, with participation from TEDCO and Tysons Angel Investors. Read more

Verisart: Verisart uses decentralized technologies to help artists certify and document their work. Verisart has raised $2.5 million in seed funding led by Galaxy Digital EOS VC Fund, with participation from earlier backers Sinai Ventures and Rhodium. Read more

Diligent Robotics: Diligent Robotics is a developer of hospital service robots. Diligent Robotics has raised $3 million in seed funding co-led by True Ventures and Ubiquity Ventures. Read more

Orbit Fab: Orbit Fab is developing a space-based robotic refueling technology. Orbit Fab has raised $3 million in seed funding from Type 1 Ventures, TechStars and others. Read more  

Amped Innovation: Amped Innovation is a designer and manufacturer of solar-powered appliances and solar energy generation and management equipment. Amped Innovation has raised more than $3.3 million in Series A funding. ENGIE Rassembleurs d’Energies led the round, joined by Schneider Electric Ventures and FINCA Ventures.  

Mon Ami: Mon Ami focuses on social isolation in aging. Mon Ami has raised $3.4 million in seed funding co-led by Freestyle Ventures and Cowboy Ventures, with participation from Maverick Ventures, Felicis Ventures, and Benchmark's Bruce Dunlevie. Read more

Fyle: Fyle is an expense management platform. Fyle has raised $4.5 million in funding, including from Steadview Capital, Tiger Global Management, Freshworks, and Pravega Ventures. Read more

Waycare: Waycare is an AI-based connected mobility platform for transportation agencies. Waycare has raised $7.25 million in Series A funding. SJF Ventures led the round, joined by UpWest, Next Gear Ventures, Innogy, Spider Capital, Goldbell, Zymestic Solutions, and Janom. Read more

ControlRad: ControlRad is a medtech company that's developing products that reduce the risk of radiation exposure from fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures. ControlRad has raised $15 million in Series B funding. Questa Capital led the round, joined by Rapha Capital Management. Read more

NS1: NS1 is a developer of a cloud-first DNS traffic management platform. NS1has raised $33 million in Series C funding. Dell Technologies Capital led the round, joined by Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners, Entrée Capital, Flybridge Capital Partners, GGV Capital, Mango Capital, Salesforce Ventures, Sigma Prime Ventures, Telstra Ventures, and Two Sigma Ventures.
