ChargeWheel: ChargeWheel offers fleet charging all over California for e-bikes, e-scooters and all EVs including commercial electric vehicles. ChargeWheel has raised $1 million in seed funding from Right Side Capital. Read more

OncoLens: OncoLens replaces the current labor intensive process of patient case collaboration and subsequent CoC accreditation in cancer care. OncoLens has raised $1.35 million in seed funding from BIP Capital and Atlanta Technology Angels. Read more

Talkoot: Talkoot is the fastest, easiest way for companies to create, track and share multichannel product content. Talkoot has raised $1.65 million in seed funding. Seven Peaks Ventures led the round; other participants include Cascade Angels andWillamette Valley Capital. Read more

Preteckt: Preteckt provides Prognostics as a Service (PaaS) to connected and autonomous vehicles and fleets by peering through vehicle data and leveraging proprietary AI, Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithms. Preteckt has raised $2 million in seed funding from Comet Labs and Las Olas VC. Read more

MaintainX has raised $3.8 million in seed funding co-led by August Capital and Amity Ventures. Ridge Ventures, TCL Ventures and numerous individual investors, including entrepreneur Peter Yared, also joined the round. Read more

MotoRefi: MotoRefi is an online platform that brings you the best refinance terms for your car loan. MotoRefi has raised $4.7 million in seed funding led by Accomplice, with participation from QED Investors and Motley Fool Ventures. Read more

Rewire: Rewire develops global digital banking solutions for internationals who manage their lives in two or more countries. Rewire has raised $12 million in Series A funding. Viola Fintech led the round, joined by Opera Tech Ventures, Standard Bank of South Africa and individual angels. Read more

Proxy: Proxy is a new way to access your office, building, or apartment, by using your phone. Proxy has raised $13.6 million in Series A funding led by Kleiner Perkins, with participation from Y Combinator, Coatue Management and strategic investor WeWork, which is also a client of the startup. Qupital: Qupital is a digital trading marketplace for buyers and sellers of corporate receivables. Qupital has raised $15 million in Series E funding. CreditEase FinTech Investment Fund led the round; other participants include Alibaba HK Entrepreneurs Fund andMindWorks Venture. Read more

Applicaster: Applicaster is a world-leading cloud-based platform for app development and content distribution, providing the tools and insights needed to own and engage audiences across all platforms and devices. Applicaster has raised $20 million led by Viola Growth, with participation from 83 North, Pitango, Saban Ventures and Planven Investments. Read more

TerViva: TerViva BioEnergy makes low-cost, tree-based feedstock for the biodiesel market at 10% the cost of corn-based ethanol. TerViva has raised $20 million in a first close of its Series D round. Backers include Evans Properties, The Jeremy and Hannelore Grantham Environmental Trust, Elemental Excelerator, the Yield Lab, Astia Angels and Allotrope Ventures. Read more

Ellevest: Ellevest offers digital investment advice for women. Ellevest has raised $28 million. The company has previously raised $44 million from investors, including Morningstar, Khosla Ventures, and Rethink Impact. Read more

MineralTree: MineralTree provides mobile and online accounts payable automation software for finance professionals at growing organizations. MineralTree has raised $50 million in funding led by Great Hill Partners, with participation from earlier investors .406 Ventures and Eight Roads Ventures. Read more

Shuidichou: Shuidichou is an insurance platform that plans to solve the problem of high medical fees faced by most patients, especially those with a critical illness. Shuidichou has raised $74 million in Series B funding led by Tencent, with participation from Gaorong Capital, IDG Capital, DST Global founder Yuri Milner and others. Read more
