OOVA: Oova is a fertility diagnostic company that brings the accuracy of a clinic into your own home. Oova has raised $1 million in funding led by Special Situations Life Sciences Innovation Fund. Read more

Olio: Olio is a collaboration platform to digitally connect acute and post-acute providers by specialty. Olio has raised $2.5 million in seed funding led by Innovatemap Ventures. Read more

Livly: Livly is a unified digital platform that delivers great experiences to residents and revenue to property owners. Livly has raised $10 million in seed funding co-led by Pritzker Group VC, Navitas Capital and JLL Spark. Read more

Truepill: Truepill is a B2B pharmacy fulfillment service. They provide a pharmacy API and fulfillment of medications to 50 states from their own facilities. Truepill has raised $10 million in Series A funding from Initialized Capital. Other participants in the round include Y Combinator, Sound Ventures, Tuesday Capital and others. Read more

BlackBird: BlackBird makes flying more affordable than driving. BlackBird has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by New Enterprise Associates. Read more 

ZenSourcer: ZenSourcer is an all-in-one recruiting platform. ZenSourcer has raised $9 million in Series A funding led by Accel in a round that brings its total funding to $11 million. Read more

ZayZoon: ZayZoon gives employees access to their paycheck at any point in the pay cycle. ZayZoon has raised $15 million in funding, including from Prairie Merchant Corporation and Bluesky Equities. Read more

Dental Monitoring: Dental Monitoring is the world’s first web and mobile application designed for self-monitoring dental treatment. Dental Monitoring has raised €45 million from Vitruvian Partners. Read more

InventisBio: InventisBio is a biotech company whose product pipeline includes small molecule drug candidates for targeted therapies in lung cancer, breast cancer and gout. InventisBio has raised $70 million in Series C funding co-led by Advantech Capital and CMBI, with participation from Pudong Innotek and earlier backers Lilly Asia Venture and OrbiMed Asia. The company was founded by Merck veteran Yaolin Wang. Read more

Impact: Impact Technologies is a marketing technology company helping brands grow by optimizing their paid marketing and media spend. Impact Technologies has raised $75 million in growth funding led by Providence Strategic Growth, with participation from earlier backer Silversmith Capital Partners. Read more

Cloudflare: Cloudflare is a web performance and security company that provides online services to protect and accelerate websites online. Cloudflare has raised $150 million in private funding led by the mutual fund company Franklin Templeton. Read more

Performance Livestock Analytics: PLA provides software subscription services to livestock producers, brokers, risk managers, nutritionists and animal nutrition companies. PLA  has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Cavallo Ventures. Read more
