Empower: Empower aims to help millennials manage their finances through its mobiles app for iOS devices. Its mobile app combines the ability to see an overview of your day-to-day transactions and spending behavior, with other tools to transfer money between accounts, automate your savings, and soon, pay bills and pay down your debt. Empower has raised $4.5 million in funding led by Initialized Capital, with participation from earlier backer Sequoia Capital. Read more »
