If you're a startup seeking opportunities to get funded, educated or connected, startup competitions are a great resource.

  • $50,000 with no interest and no expiration date
  • Valuation cap of $6 million at the time of conversion to equity
  • No discount if the money is converted into equity within six months of winning PILOT Pitch Prize
  • 80 percent discount rate if the money is converted after six months

Student Startup Madness

Description: "Student Startup Madness is a nationwide tournament-style competition for college student digital media startups, culminating with national finals at South By Southwest (SXSW) Interactive in March."

Description: "We are looking for the most disruptive and innovative Israeli startups in the online advertising and digital media space. The competition is open to all early-stage Israeli startups."

Prize: $10,000 comprised of $5,000 cash and $5,000 in media budget from Intango. The winning startup also gets a free press release and PR campaign by Uriah Av-Ron from Oasis PR, the ad tech-focused PR firm.
