What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
What is most frustrating is that there is never enough time in the day. What is most rewarding is that when it hits, you know it, and the rush is amazing.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Biting off more than they can chew

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
Keep looking: the solution is out there
Keep innovating: you can always do it better
Stay humble: the world is a big place

Why do you like working with scientists?

Sometimes it takes scientists a while to realize it, but the scientific method and scientific research are a lot like entrepreneurship: Identify a problem. Create a hypothesis. Pilot your solution. Assess the results. Course-correct. Keep at it until you are successful.

Why focus on the intersection of technology, health, and wellness?

I've been working in and around health, wellness, and fitness long before healthtech and digital health became buzzwords. Nobody can argue with the value of health. Everyone wants to be healthy. Everyone wants to be healthier. The opportunity to help people, to impact their lives, to enrich and extend their lives, is particularly humbling.
