Banckle team is pleased to announce the Banckle Meeting Screen Sharing and Remote Access plugin for CentOS Linux. Just like Windows, Mac, Fedora, Ubuntu and OpenSUSE users, now CentOS Linux users will also benefit from complete Banckle Meeting application features.

Banckle Meeting CentOS plugin is only required when meeting participants (host or attendee) want to use Screen Sharing & Remote Access features during a meeting session. Other Banckle Meeting features like presentation, audio & video conferencing, file sharing, whiteboard sharing, text chat, notes, voting etc. do not require any plugin. All meeting features can be used using any flash web browser. For Linux users, we recommend any updated version of Mozilla Firefox. With this plugin, now a broader Linux user community will enjoy the rich online collaboration and conferencing experience.

Banckle Meeting Screen Sharing and Remote Access plugin is available for both CentOS 32-bit and 64-bit system architectures. Following are the links to download these plugins directly on your system.

• https://meeting.banckle.com/BanckleMeetingPluginCentOS.rpm (32bit)
• https://meeting.banckle.com/BanckleMeetingPluginCentOS64.rpm (64bit)

Installation Procedure:

 The installation procedure is very simple. All it requires is a one line command to install the RPM package.

• Open a terminal (Applications->System Tools->Terminal in CentOS) and run one of the following commands as per OS architecture.
  1. For 32 bit operating system:
     sudo rpm -ivh https://meeting.banckle.com/BanckleMeetingPluginCentOS.rpm
  2. For 64 bit operating system:
     sudo rpm -ivh https://meeting.banckle.com/BanckleMeetingPluginCentOS64.rpm
