Founded back in 2006, the Israel-based startup offers its tech support services using a SaaS platform and a virtual exert network. SupportSpace said its virtual expert network is a fundamental shift in the socio-economic and business environment, dramatically affecting the way service organizations are built and managed and the way services are delivered.
Some of the services provided include virus and spyware removal for $99.99 and PC Tune-up for $39.99. The company announced it recently reached its one-millionth-hour of provided service.
Kevin Spain, principal at Emergence Capital said, “The market has already shown demand for SupportSpace’s remote services solution and we expect to see continued interest as companies look to extend their services offerings.”
SupportSpace said it will use the funds to enhance its infrastructure, expand its team and acquire new partners.
