In this Social Media Minute, Yak gives us a retrospective on brand loyalty and how his father's generation represented the epitome of brand loyalists, and the progression to an era of no loyalty and the full-circle opportunity that now exists today with social media.

Watch and listen in on Yak's interview and let us know if you agree with his assessment.
