At ZineOne we fundamentally believe that brand to user interaction will change dramatically in the next decade. The $10B+ software industry powering call centers, email, SMS, push interaction, will move towards adopting platforms that enable real-time on-channel interactions. ZineOne has developed a Real-time Customer Interaction Hub that does this across all digital channels of a brand. 

We do this by bringing the power of streaming analytics and machine learning to customer and machine interactions. Enterprises today are storing customer activity data in analytics packages and taking action on them after the fact, i.e., when the customer has already left the channel. With ZineOne stream processing we are tracking individual activity streams in real-time and enabling brands to take action in-the-moment. Our context aware computing technology provides business users tools to rapidly develop, test and deploy new customer interaction solutions. These solutions engage their customers in every step of the buyer journey with one-on-one interactions that are powered by patterns and triggers discovered from their real-time activity stream.

ZineOne is a primarily as SaaS business that powers customer interactions at scale in real-time for large retailers, banks, insurance, and pharma companies. They pay us monthly for subscriptions that range from 1-3 year.

Competitive advantage

- Our custom-built complex event processing system powers low latency, real-time customer actions at very high B2C scales.

- In-stream processing of user activity (1st party data) enables new interactions. Workflow-centric marketing systems (e.g. email or push or sms) cannot address these use cases.

- Hybrid-cloud offering allows economic big data processing. Trusted agent technology allows using on-premise PII data which competitors in this space cannot do today.
