Company description

We started Wyzerr to create surveys that look and feel like games. Our gammified surveys can capture up to 25 questions in under 60 seconds and have an average completion rate between 80-90%. As a result, Wyzerr quickly became really popular with market research departments at large enterprises like Walmart and Volkswagen. While working with them, we noticed that their market researchers were all doing the same tedious tasks, and when they didn't want to do it, they asked us to do it. We began building artificial intelligence to do some of this work for us. Today, Wyzerr develops AI that turns feedback data into insights and tasks for the different roles in the business.

We are a SaaS company. Our basic package, COLLECT, is $25/month. Our ANALYTICS package, which includes more data science features, is $99/month. The Wyzerr Voice of Customer subscription is $499/month. These prices are for 1 license.

Competitive advantage

1. More data, faster.

We don't believe in 'One-Survey-Fits-All.' The combination of our unique user interface and machine learning algorithms allows Wyzerr to capture data faster than any other survey maker on the market. While the average survey takes about 14 minutes to complete, Wyzerr can capture the same amout of data in less than 60 seconds. Wyzerr understands the user and only asks questions that are relevant to the user's experience, eliminating a great deal of time asking questions that are not applicable.

2. High user engagement and completion rates

Wyzerr is achieving 83% or better completition rates in an industry that averages .04% completion rates and considers 6% completion rates "a record high." Our focus on integration at point-of-sale also leads to much higher engagement rates.

3. Capture Insight Nobody is Collecting

Our technology allows us to identify the root causes of both complete customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction that no other survey maker is able to collect. Wyzerr data is hyper-specific and always actionable, always valuable.

4. Smart Technology

Wyzerr integrates some of the best cognitive technologies available into our platform, including IBM Watson, a super computer that processes data and information like a human.

5. Team

We're not entrepreneurs, we're innovators. Our team lives, breathes, and thinks innovation first. We're obsessed with technology in a way that our competitiors aren't. Wyzerr is a direct reflection of everything that we embody as millennials: fun, fast, and easy. With backgrounds in patent prosectution and experimental interactive marketing, the founding team have years of experience in building new technologies that are out of the box and push the human race forward, not backwards.
