Insynctive helps US Based SMB companies and the vendors that sell and service them (our distributors) succeed with a cloud based HR and connectivity solution that dramatically reduces costs and boosts the productivity of our distributors, their clients and the employees they support. 

Insynctive is a proven OEM White label HR system, co-branded to our distributors and their clients, and “Web 3.0” open platform we call our Integrated Marketplace™ that is configurable and rapidly deployable by our distributors and customized to their SMB clients. There are 5.8 million SMB end user clients in the US creating a $4B marketplace for Insynctive.

Insynctive distributors are Accounting firms, Benefits Brokers, HR Outsourcing Providers, PEOs, and Third Party Administrators and Banks. 

Insynctive has an automated help desk that allows for routing and tracking of questions and answers can be added back into the database. Insynctive also has onboarding, offboarding and other checklist and task based opportunities can be created and automatically deployed easily and workflows that make sure that the tasks are acted upon in a timely manner and escalated accordingly. 

Insynctive is unique because of its ability to integrate systems, synchronize data and provide an infinite set of HR and employee centric products and services essentially at the push of a button. The Integrated Marketplace or open platform allows us to integrate distributors business partners products and services (Apps) and creates an infinitely scalable solution. Distributors can choose a package of integrated products and services that they are familiar with and deliver them to their clients in an integrated fashion. 

Insynctive reduces distributor’s costs, improves customer service and differentiates their service in the marketplace allowing them to retain existing clients and attract new businesses.  Insynctive will have 350 SMB clients using our system from 3 distributors in August.

InsynctiveInsynctive (www.insynctive.com) helps our distributors and their clients succeed with a solution that dramatically reduces costs and boosts the productivity of our distributors, their clients and the employees they support.  Insynctive is very capital efficient.  Insynctive charges the distributor a set-up fee, a PEPM and based on the product or service there are additional set-up fees, per use fees, PEPM and per company fees.

Integrated MarketplaceAs a “Web 3.0” solution Insynctive includes an Integrated Marketplace that allows for our Distributors clients to purchase various types of Apps (vendors that provide a variety of products and services) that are integrated with the Insynctive application.  The cost to integrate, to list in our Integrated Marketplace and access our vendor portal is about $5,500 initially and then $3,500 annually. The vendors are paying for this.  Our goal is to work with and rapidly integrate the business partners of our distributors.  By integrating with their systems, synchronizing data and leveraging the Insynctive work tools we can get the business entity and all parties on the same data page and eliminate bad data in the value chain of integrated companies.  That way our distributors can take out a package of integrated products and services that they are familiar and comfortable with to their clients and win new business.  The benefit to Insynctive is the Integrated Marketplace will continue to grow and be able to offer new combinations of products and services for our current and future distributors.  This also allows Insynctive to have an infinitely scalable solution that is always being updated and upgraded by our Marketplace vendors.

 

Insurance Carrier Application Solution – One of the new game changing Apps that will be offered as an App in our Integrated Marketplace is the new Insynctive Carrier Application Solution™ App.  This App allows our distributors and their client groups of 2 to 100 employees to do benefits communication, enrollments and automated transactions.  This App takes an employee through a wizard which populates the appropriate application, allows them to review and sign the application electronically, provides a workflow and bundled completed applications transmission to each Carrier via fax, secure email or in paper.  In the future we can send the information through an API protocol to the carriers.  Having a chance to build it a second time and make it even better on a platform like Insynctive is tremendous.
