DFW SuperGeek is in business to provide the best in home and office computer service available, focusing on friendly, professional customer service, we leave the customers feeling like they have a friend in the business! No task is too big or small, and a small list of our specialties includes computer and home/small business network setup, wireless internet connection setup, virus/adware/spyware cleaning (not just the easy ones either!), and a wide array of hardware related issues such as bad hard drives and motherboards, and memory upgrades. 

We come to you anywhere in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and offer remote support no matter where you are in the world!

We also encourage customers to ask any questions they may have, and even offer instruction in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. 


Business model

We are a service oriented business, but also have tangible goods for sale. Customers call, we make an appointment, assign the call to a tech in the customer's area, the tech performs the work and collects the payment in the form of check, cash or paypal payment. We're currently in the process of setting up a merchant account for the purpose of accepting credit/debit cards directly. 

In the event that parts need to be ordered, the customer is informed, and a follow up call is scheduled, and the payment for the entire job is collected upon completion of the job. 

Competitive advantage

Our competitive advantage is first and foremost in treating the customers right and that our phone tech support is local- but just as important is the fact that we have, currently, approximately 40 years of combined experience in computer repair and a wide variety of software problems on multiple platforms, and to us, it's not just a job- it's also our hobby!

Our pricing is competitive, and we can usually schedule appointments the same day the customer calls, and we're equipped to handle any problem that might arise. 

Of course, you need to get the phone ringing in order to sell any product or service to a customer. It is in this light that we're following the example set by such large companies as the Geek Squad and Geico insurance in the importance of building a memorable brand.
