In 2013, $55.72 billion was spent on our pets in the U.S. The APPA estimates that spend to increase to $58.51 billion in 2014. An almost "recession-proof" vertical of consumers driven to purchases by heart, passion and emotion. 

Cudll is a "free" smartphone app available in both Google Play and iOs app stores. Key Products developed the app for Pets Plus Charities, a registered 501c3 tax exempt entity and an arm of our organization.  We bridge the gap rescues are challenged with in getting real-time alerts out to local areas in search of volunteers, fosters, medical emergencies, lost/found pets, events. Most orgs rely on free resources; ultimately forced to run their biz on Social Sites; a cumbersome/difficult to manage method.  Cudll generates revenue via animal supply/service vendors licensing our unique LBS/geo-specific marketing platform to target Users with relevant promotions resulting in robust data capture and ROI. Companies like Purina, Petsmart and large Veterinary clinics can license our technology to push targeted, consumer relevant promotions in a very specific geo-area and in turn, App Users can redeem coupons directly from their phone at POS. All data is then captured in detail on the backend platform and comprehensive reports are available to the merchant for ROI and analysis. It's a WIN for the User, the Animal Welfare community and the Merchants.  In addition, 82% of all net proceeds filter back to local shelters and rescues.
