Unlike lead generation/matchmaking models prevalent in this industry, Agavey sells home service “packages” to homeowners serviced by a network of select best-in-breed local vendors and takes responsibility for the entire purchase, payment and delivery cycle while vendors receive paid customers (i.e., not just leads).

Whether it is basic ongoing maintenance for the home, seasonal maintenance or a move-in or move-out , Agavey is the one-stop destination for all ongoing home maintenance needs. Agavey’s plans comprise of services from house cleaning, lawn maintenance, pest & termite to Heating and Air conditioning tuning and more.  Agavey's plans are reasonably priced to fit individual budget and needs, all year long. The best part, plans can be ordered right from the Agavey website ( 24x7.

We have launched in Memphis and will be launching shortly in Dallas, TX metro area .

Our business model is transaction based. For each service that is sold we take a certain % of revenue as our transaction fees.

We have our service providers on a 15 day or monthly payment terms. For annual services we pay monthly.

Competitive advantage

Our key competitive advantages are -

Convenience - no more getting estimates from multiple providers and spending time with each service provider to get an estimate. We have done our leg-work and identfiied reasonable priced service providers. A customer can complete a purchase in 3 clicks or less and within 30 seconds.

Selectivity - We invite only a few service provider and ensure that the provider is qualified. We check documentation like licensing, bonding and insurance. We also ensure that they have good customer reference and BBB rating.

Service Orientation - Most of our competitors are focused on lead generation or service provider validation (reviews). Our focus is on selling services.
