Company description

World Doc Exchange, LLC (WDX) automates the relationships between shippers and truckers, and provides a best of class solution for discounted tariff quotes in real-time.

WDX's premier product, WDX Freight Connect(TM), provides "Instant Rates", "Scale Rates", and "Spot Quotes".  Existing shipper-carrier relationships (including discounts and privacy) are preserved through the "Approved List", while new carrier solutions can be found through the "Open List", and new relationships forged.  A wide variety of for-hire motor carrier services are accommodated, including: LTL, full load, partial load, pallet, and drayage, as well as dynamic support for ALL accessorials (at carriers' setup discretion).

Volume shippers, starting with freight forwarders, receive a highly efficient tool to consolidate their existing carriers into one convenient system that facilitates single-query "apples to apples" comparison shopping, and finds new carriers as circumstances require, along with quote management.

Motor carriers receive exceptional rate development and tariff building tools, as well as the opportunity to find new business with raised visibility to the marketplace, and the ability to more frequently and automatically generate quotes for ready shippers, and the management of those quotes.

WDX Freight Connect is a powerful, economical, flexible, secure, and easy to use system that implements a unique, innovative, and superior business solution model that effectively creates, at its core, an efficient SaaS e-marketplace of discounted tariff rates.  WDX's e-marketplace is neutral and independent, and utilizes a many to many relationship between shippers and carriers.  (WDX is NOT a load board, freight intermediary, or rate bureau.)

WDX integrates with interrelated business processes that center on the carrier-shipper relationship, from carrier rate development through order placement and tracking, to bill settlement.
