In 2022, I introduced two new solutions to tackle the changing landscape of hiring and certification. Talview Interview Insights offers unique insights into both the candidate and interviewer's performance, along with a feedback loop to enhance interviewer skills. Talview Exam Solutions for Certification Providers streamlines the process of testing and proctoring online, providing a secure experience with 24/7 real-time support to test takers.
My hard work and dedication have earned me numerous awards, including a Gold Stevie Award in the Tech Innovator of the Year – Services category and a Bronze Stevie Award in Entrepreneur of the Year – Business & Professional Services. I have also received the Thought Leadership and HR Excellence (Provider) Award from the HRO Today Association Awards.

Why did you start your company or why do you want to innovate inside your company?
I and my co-founders started Talview with a strong belief in equal opportunities for all individuals, academically and professionally. We believed that AI-powered solutions for hiring and assessments could help achieve this goal.
Starting with “Instahiring” – the company’s concept that time to hire is the key metric to address recruiting and hiring challenges for HR and TA leaders, Talview expanded to offer remote and live proctoring solutions to ensure integrity during the exam, test, and certification process.

As an entrepreneur and corporate innovator, I have always been driven to enhance processes and systems within organizations. My passion for building technologies that make talent acquisition more effective and efficient is a testament to this. I continuously study the hiring process at scale for enterprises and develop solutions like the Instahiring Experience to empower organizations to meet their talent needs, while enabling candidates and learners to succeed to their fullest potential. My goal is to use the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Automation to achieve this mission.

I am the CEO at Talview. With a background in both Enterprise SaaS and Consumer Internet, I bring my experience as a serial entrepreneur to the table. I am proud to be a published author, awarded innovator, and contributor to various technology and business publications. My past work with companies such as National Instruments and L&T has given me a well-rounded understanding of the business world. As an engineer and MBA from IIT Bombay, I am passionate about using AI to solve enterprise problems.
I founded Talview in 2017 and have been steering its vision and strategy ever since. I am a well-respected keynote speaker in the fields of AI, startups, and HR technology, and have been invited to speak at international forums such as Microsoft Industry Days, IBM Business Connect, and PeopleMatters, to name a few. I am frequently featured in podcasts and magazines, and I enjoy writing and sharing my insights through articles on platforms such as LinkedIn, the Talview website, and Forbes Magazine.
