I've been helping companies and agencies build user-centered products for over ten years and have run my own company for about six years. When I first started Metric Lab with my business partner Demetrius Madrigal, we had no clients, no investors and no office. But, what we did have was a vision, passion and extremely supportive friends and family. I cannot stress how important it is to surround yourself with people who support you and your vision. I can honestly say that if it was not for all the people that stepped up and helped us when we first got started, I don't think we would be here today.
