One of my favorites is listed in the Corporate tweets. “Comcast Complaints: Comcast found out what customers really think of it on Twitter.” (See story). At least it wasn’t Comcast employees complaining via Twitter. This one may even be better. NYTimes used its Twitter feed to push headlines. It’s no wonder that the majority of subscribers are just other NYTimes’ feeds. (See story.)
In the “love and family” category, there was a “Twitter Marriage Proposal,” and “Twitter Baby: Robert Scoble microblogged his newborn’s birth.”
This a great compilation. Thanks to the editors of Inside CRM for putting together. For the rest, check out the story.
Now, I’m off to Twitter this post.
