Recogni has raised $48.9M; Photomath secured $23M; Torii landed $10M; Pipe17 picks up $8M

Highland Electric Transportation: Highland Electric Transportation is a Hamilton, Ma.-based company that provides electric vehicles that are owned, powered, and maintained by the company as a subscription service to school districts and fleet managers. Highland Electric Transportation has raised $253 million in funding. Vision Ridge Partners led the round, joined by Fontinalis Partners and existing investors. Read more

Personetics: Personetics is an Israel-based data-driven platform that uses AI to help banks issue personalized advice and insights to customers. Personetics has raised $75 million in funding from private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Read more

Evox Therapeutics: Evox Therapeutics is an Oxford, England-based exosome therapeutics startup. Evox Therapeutics has raised £69.2 million in Series C funding. Redmile Group led the round, joined by OrbiMed, Invus and earlier investors Oxford Sciences Innovation, GV, Eli Lilly and Cowen Healthcare Investments. Read more

Eden Health: Eden Health is a New York-based primary care company. Eden Health has raised $60 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Amigos Health, Aspect Ventures, Company Ventures, Flare Capital, Flexcap Ventures, Max Ventures and PJC. Read more

Sentry: Sentry is a San Francisco-based application performance monitoring company. Sentry has raised $60 million in Series D funding at at post-money valuation of $1 billion. The round was led by earlier backers Accel and New Enterprise Associates, with participation from Bond.  Read more

Recogni: Recogni is a San Jose, Ca.-based developer of vision recognition chips for autonomous driving. Recogni has raised $48.9 million in Series B funding from WRVI Capital, BMW i Ventures, Toyota AI Ventures, Robert Bosch Venture Capital and Continental.  Read more

Kalshi: Kalshi is a New York-based online trading startup that will next month invite people to wager on questions about future events. Kalshi from economics to the weather and public health, has raised $30 million in Series A funding from Sequoia Capital, Charles Schwab, Henry Kravis, and  SV Angel. Read more

Photomath: Photomath is a San Mateo, Ca.-based popular mobile app that helps you solve equations. Photomath has raised $23 million in Series B funding led by Menlo Ventures. GSV Ventures, Learn Capital, Cherubic Ventures and Goodwater Capital also participated in the round.  Read more

Promise: Promise is a  Bay Area-based company that today integrates with official payment systems to offer what it says are more forgiving terms on fees and debts for customers who can't pay all at once. Promise has raised $20 million in funding from earlier backers Kapor Capital, XYZ, Bronze, First Round, Y Combinator, Village, and others.  Read more

Knock: Knock is a Seattle-based startup whose software tools aim to give property management companies a competitive edge. Knock has raised $20 million in funding led by Fifth Wall Ventures. Earlier backers Madrona Venture Group, Lead Edge Capital, Second Avenue Partners and Seven Peaks Ventures also joined the round. Read more

Census: Census is a San Francisco-based startup that helps businesses sync their customer data from their data warehouses to their various business tools like Salesforce and Marketo. Census has raised $16 million in Series A funding led by Sequoia Capital. Other participants in this round include earlier investor Andreessen Horowitz and several notable angel investors, including Figma CEO Dylan Field, GitHub CTO Jason Warner, Notion COO Akshay Kothari and Rippling CEO Parker Conrad.  Read more

Podimo: Podimo is a  Copenhagen-based subscription service for short form audio stories and podcasts. Podimo has raised an additional €11.2 million in funding. The round is led by Chr. Augustinus investment fund, and comes just eight months after the company announced its €15 million Series A round. Existing investors and the Spanish venture firm Aldea Opportunity Fund also participated. Read more

Torii: Torii is a New York-based startup focused around automated SaaS management platform. Torii has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Wing Venture Capital, with participation from prior investors Entree Capital, Global Founders Capital, Scopus Ventures and Uncork Capital. Read more

Pipe17: Pipe17 is a Seattle-based platform that helps online retailers tie together various e-commerce software systems related to inventory, order flow, fulfillment, and more. Pipe17 has raised $8 million in seed funding led by GLP Capital Partners.  Read more

AccountsIQ: AccountsIQ is a Dublin, Ireland-based subscription-based financial management software startup that aims to simplify how multi-entity businesses “capture, process and report” their financial results. AccountsIQ raised €5.8 million from Finch Capital. Read more

Rx Redefined: Rx Redefined is an Oakland, Ca.-based medical supply chain distribution and billing platform. Rx Redefined has raised $2 million in seed funding. Silverton Partners led the round, joined by Saturn Five. Read more
