Resistant AI landed $2.75M; Guilded raised $7M; WindESCo secured $10M; Vida Health picks up $25M

Resistant AI: Resistant AI is a security startup whose machine learning technology aims to protect financial services and e-commerce companies from targeted manipulation, adversarial machine learning and advanced fraud. Resistant AI has raised $2.75 million in seed funding. Index Ventures and Credo Ventures co-led the round, joined by numerous individuals. Read more

Qorus: Qorus makes remote sales enablement and proposal management software. Qorus has raised $5 million led by WestRiver Group. Read more

Finom: Finom is a  neo-banking startup that's targeting entrepreneurs and small businesses. Finom has raised €6.5 million in seed funding. Target Global led the round, joined by General Catalyst and FJ Labs. Read more

Guilded: Guilded is a chat platform for gaming communities. Guilded has raised $7 million in funding led by Matrix Partners, with participation from Initialized Capital, Susa Ventures, and Sterling.VC. Read more

WindESCo: WindESCo is a software startup focused on wind farms. WindESCo has raised $10 million in Series B funding led by the Boston-based private equity firm WAVE Equity Partners, with participation from an affiliate of Tenaska, among others. Read more 

Genespire: Genespire is a biotechnology company focused on gene therapies. Genespire has raised €16 million ($17.4 million) in Series A funding from Sofinnova Partners. The company. is a spin-off of the San Raffaele-Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy. Read more

Vida Health: Vida Health is a virtual health care platform that connects people with chronic ailments like diabetes and depression to professional therapists and coaches. Vida Health has raised $25 million. Ally Bridge Group led the round, joined by earlier investors AME Cloud Ventures, Aspect Ventures, Canvas Ventures, NGP Capital, Webb Investment Network, and Workday Ventures. Read more
