Sounder: Sounder is podcast management, marketing, and monetization platform. Sounder raised $1.8 million in seed funding. Ulu Ventures led the round, joined by Newark Venture Partners, Xoogler.co and individual Spotify and Google executive angel investors. Read more

Loyalty Prime: Loyalty Prime makes subscription-based enterprise loyalty program software. Loyalty Prime has raised €5 million in Series B funding led by Hi Innov. Read more

QRails: QRails makes payment processing software for card issuers. QRails has raised $8 million in Series A funding led by EFM Asset Management. Read more

GrainChain: GrainChain’s automating the system of measuring agricultural commodities at storage facilities to provide accurate measurement, tracking, and accountability. GrainChain has raised $8.2 million, including from Medici Ventures and Eden Block. Read more 

Recount Media: Recount Media is a short-form political video startup created by veteran journalists John Battelle and John Heilemann. Recount Media has raised $13 million its Series A funding round. Backers include True Ventures and strategic partners ViacomCBS and Burda Principal Investments, a division of Hubert Burda Media. Read more

DeepCrawl: DeepCrawl is a cloud-based technical SEO platform. DeepCrawl has raised $19 million in Series B funding led by Five Elms Capital, with participation from Beringea. Read more

NorthOne: NorthOne is a digital challenger bank. NorthOne has raised $21 million in Series A funding led by Battery Ventures, with participation from Redpoint Ventures and Tom Williams. Read more
