Career Certified buys CFA exam prep startup AnalystPrep
AnalystPrep also provides materials for FRM, actuarial, and MBA admission exams

Now the company will be going deeper into the financial and insurance industries categories through its acquisition of AnalystPrep, a provider of study materials for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), actuarial, and MBA admission exams inclusive of the GMAT, Executive Assessment, and GRE.
The CFA program is an internationally recognized certification offered by the CFA Institute that's taken by over 35,000 global finance professional candidates every year.
