SeedLegals: SeedLegals is the world's first automated legal service for funding rounds, enabling startups to complete the legal process with their investors up to 90% faster and at a fraction of the cost of a lawyer. SeedLegals has raised $4 million in Series A funding led by Index Ventures, with participation from Kima Ventures, The Family, and earlier investor Seedcamp. Read more

Betterview: Betterview provides software & services that capture, organize, and analyze data for buildings & properties to unlock valuable insight. Betterview has raised $4.5 million in Series A funding led by ManchesterStory, with participation from Nationwide Ventures, EMC Insurance, Maiden Re and Compound. Upsie: Upsie is a mobile app that provides an easier & better way to protect your stuff. Upsie has raised $5 million in funding led by True Ventures. Techstars Ventures, Matchstick Ventures, Syndicate Fund, M25, and angel investor Marc Belton also participated. Read more

Identiq: Identiq is a young startup company set to change the $12B Identity Verification market. Identiq has raised $5 million in seed funding led byEntrée Capital, with participation from Slow Ventures, Vertex Ventures Israel and Oryzn Capital. Read more

JetStream Software: JetStream Software develops data management software for enterprise hybrid cloud computing. JetStream Software has raised $7.7 million in Series A funding led by Digital Alpha Advisors. Read more

FreshToHome: Freshtohome is an e-commerce venture for fresh and chemical-free seafood. Freshtohome has raised $11 million in Series A funding led by CE Ventures. Other backers in the round include Das Capital, Kortschak Investments, TTCER Partners, Al-Nasser Holdings, and M&S Partners. Read more

TriEye: TriEye is a semiconductor startup developing disruptive SWIR (Short Wave Infrared) imaging solution. TriEye has raised $17 million in funding. Intel Capital led the round, with participation from Check Point Software co-founder Marius Nacht and earlier backer Grove Ventures. Read more
